Wild Duck Creek Estate
Vintages: 2020, 2021
Made using Grenache, Cinsault and Mataro grown at Col and Bernie Neate’s vineyard at Toolleen. These vines were planted as a long-term project between grower and winery. A lovely Provence rosé style copper with a pinkish hue. This, coupled with indulgent natural acidity create a Rosé of intense pleasure. Fermented in French oak puncheons and hogsheads, 10% of which were new.
Brilliant copper in colour. Intense floral and red berry aromas of rose, honeysuckle and fresh strawberry. A dry and complex wine with berry and stone fruit flavours, alongside wonderful creamy softness from lees contact, and a mouth-watering mineral finish. A wonderful summer wine full of life. Serve slightly chilled.
